Favorite pilates studio hands down! Truly a judgement free space, welcoming to all, any ability level can be accommodated. All the instructors are so compassionate and knowledgeable, they truly meet you where you are, offer alternative movements based on your body, and correct form as if it were a personal session. Classes are small, instructions are clear, vibes are immaculate. I’m hesitant to share because I don’t want her to get booked out, but Susan is by far my favorite instructor and she deserves her props!

I've been going to West Seattle Pilates mat classes for about six months. It's the first fitness routine that I've managed to stick with for any duration in years. With a class size of four, it's not intimidating, you get personal attention, and Jenny is able to make it challenging enough for her more experienced clients without making the exercises too difficult for me to attempt. I can't recommend West Seattle Pilates enough! After facing challenging postpartum issues following my first birth, their classes made a significant difference. My pelvic floor and hip issues improved, making me stronger and fitter. During my second pregnancy, I continued classes 3-4 times a week until the last week, resulting in a smoother pregnancy and labor. Grateful for the support and positive impact on my overall well-being!

Such a great studio! I started coming here after some hip issues and Jenny is fantastic. It is such an approachable and welcoming space. Normally exercise classes can be intimidating, but Jenny is patient and great at walking everyone through the classes. Private lessons with her have also been fun and challenging. Highly recommend!
