Intro to Pilates
This class is great for people new to Pilates and to our studio. Clients will learn an overview of Pilates and the principles. All apparatus will be introduced including the reformer, mat and tower. It is a slow pace and a full hour.
Beginning Reformer
This class is for clients newer to Pilates and also those looking to gain strength and length. Clients will focus on breath and form. Various exercises will be introduced and props may be involved. This class is at a slower pace and 50 minutes long.
Beginning Tower and Mat
This class is for clients newer to Pilates and those looking to gain strength and length. The class includes exercises on the Mat and reformer tower. The tower can be a little more challenging than the reformer so a good foundation of Pilates is helpful. This class is at a slower pace and 50 minutes long.
Reformer, Hand Weights and Jumpboard
This class is for clients looking for a little more cardio and faster pace with low impact on the joints. It is crucial to have some Pilates experience before taking this class. Hand weights, bands and other props are incorporated into the jumping. This class is fast paced and 50 minutes long.
Intermediate Reformer
This class is great for people ready to broaden their Pilates repertoire and increase intensity. Clients should have had current Pilates experience, good overall strength and a comfortable understanding of the reformer equipment. Exercises will be more challenging and the class flows at a faster pace. The class is 50 minutes long.
Intermediate Tower and Mat
This class is great for people ready to broaden their Pilates repertoire and increase intensity. Clients should have had current Pilates experience, good overall strength and comfortable understanding of the tower. Exercises will be more challenging and the class flows at a faster pace. The class is 50 minutes long.
Private Lessons
Private Lessons are a great way to start your Pilates practice or enrich your current routine. Each lesson is geared towards the client’s needs and wants. The Pilates reformer, cadillac and chair are utilized in the lesson along with various props. You can wear comfortable workout clothing and be in socks or bare feet. Due to a high demand we ask that you inquire about availability before purchasing a lesson or package.
Duet Lessons
Duet Lessons are a way to workout with your partner, friend or family member. This lesson is geared towards the duets needs and wants. The Pilates reformer, cadillac and chair are utilized in the lesson along with various props. You can wear comfortable workout clothing and be in socks or bare feet. Due to space conflicts we do ask that you inquire about availability before booking a duet lesson.
Custom Classes
Custom classes are an option on occasion. We must have the studio and staff availability. This lesson can be for up to 5 people. It will be taught on the reformer and mat/tower equipment. This is a fun way to workout with family and/or friends!
